In 2018, I was invited by One Child to visit Kenya with other creatives to see the work they do with children living in poverty in very remote areas. While there, One Child showed us first-hand how their child sponsorship program works and gave us free creative direction to capture what caught our eye to tell the stories that were impacting us. During our time in Kenya, we visited a variety of places, including Nairobi, Turkana, and Masai Mara.
In 2019, a larger creative team visited the Philippines where we split into two groups, one visiting a more rural location in Davao and one visiting urban locations Cebu. Once again, we worked to tell the authentic stories of the children and families we were privileged to meet, and the women who were rescued from Online Sexual Exploitation of Children and are being given opportunities to live to their full potential.
In 2022, I visited Honduras and India to capture phot and video for the One Child team.
